Des.B באקדמיה לאמנות ועיצוב בצלאל, למדה אנימציהקלאסית בקנדה ותואר שני A.F.M בחוג לקולנוע באוניברסיטת תל -אביב. זכתה פעמיים בפרס על הישג אמנותי מקרן התרבות אמריקה-ישראל
ורד עוסקת בהוראת רישום ואנימציה מזה 26 שנה במוסדות להשכלה גבוהה. ייסדה מחלקה לאנימציה ב-"מוסררה"- ביה"ס הרב תחומי לאמנות וחברה בירושלים. בימים אלו חזרה משהייה של כמעט שנה ביפן,סין ותאילנד, תוך כדי עשייה מרובה בתוכנית שהות אמן, ולמידה במזרח. עד לנסיעתה לימדה בסטודיוהפרטי קורסים ברישום, התבוננות, צבע ואיור, ויצרה פרויקטים מוזמנים ועצמאיים באמנות, איור,ואנימציה. עבודותיה הוצגו בתערוכות רבות בארץ ובעולם.כעת היא מחפשת את המרחב היצרתי

vered Ganchrow is a graduate of the Industrial Design Department Des.B at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, studied classical animation in Canada and a master's degree A.F.M in the Department of Film at Tel Aviv University. She has twice won the Artistic Achievement Award from the America-Israel Cultural Foundation.
Vered has been teaching drawing and animation for 26 years in institutions of higher education. She founded the animation department at "Musarra" - the Multidisciplinary School for Art and Society in Jerusalem. She recently returned from a stay of almost a year in Japan, China and Thailand, while actively participating in the artist residency program and studying in the East. Until her trip, she taught courses in drawing, observation, color and illustration at the private studio, and created invited and independent projects in art, illustration, and animation. Her works have been exhibited in many exhibitions in Israel and abroad. She is currently looking for her next creative space.
